By making this booking, you agree to our terms and conditions and consent to Green Penny Ltd collecting and securely storing your personal details. This information will be used to communicate with you regarding the services you have booked and for administrative purposes. Additionally, you consent to us sharing your relevant details with your respective local authority, as required, to fulfil our service obligations. We will handle your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Payment terms
Full payment of the course fee is required at the time of purchasing your place on a course. No course place can be reserved without payment and no credit or instalment option can be offered.
You are responsible for your own associated costs in relation to accessing the course.
Refund/cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your place on the course, you may do so providing that:
a) You notify us within 7 days of purchasing the e-learning course.
b) You notify us either in writing by emailing info@greenpenny.co.uk or by calling us on 0330 111 7230.
c) You haven't yet accessed or started the e-learning course.
If the above terms are met, then we will cancel your place on the course and will provide you with a full refund via your original method of payment and will confirm this via email.
The maximum amount that will be refunded in any event is 100% of the fee paid for the booking.
If you have already accessed the course, or part of the course, then no cancellation is possible and no refund will be due.
You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are sufficient to access the e-learning course. Green Penny is not responsible for internet, equipment, or software issues that prevent you from attending or completing the course.
Certification
If you are successful on your final assessment or assessments, the information provided to us by you at the time of purchase will be used on your pass certificate. We are unable to amend the information contained on your certificate once it has been produced.
It is your responsibility to ensure our pass certificate will be accepted by the local authority or council you are applying to or working with. In the event you discover your local council or authority does not accept our certificate, our normal refund policy applies.
